Airport Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) information resided in an Access database in the Operations office and was not available to us as we conducted inspections and responded to emergencies on the airfield. 

NOTAMs communicate airfield closures of taxiways, runways, and other unusual construction conditions to tenants, airlines and general aviation pilots.

Forms Development Time:

A few hours; much faster now that I am familiar with the program.

Installation:

Using Pendragon Forms, we are able to synchronize all NOTAM information to our Palm handhelds and reference it directly to answer questions from pilots, contractors or air traffic controllers.

We also use Pendragon Forms to record flight activity and International Terminal inspection data.
