Overview:

The Annapolis Police Department Hostage Negotiation Team has replaced paper forms with handheld applications developed using Pendragon Forms. 

Officers use handheld devices for Critical Incident and Contact logs during hostage barricade situations. While working onsite, information about officers, suspect contact, and phone calls is entered into the Palm handhelds. Records are synchronized to the PC and can be quickly referenced for later court proceedings.
